The National Office which controls our server has been adding enhancements to the program. All of the "glitches" have NOT been ironed out yet so updating has been delayed. We will do our best to continue to update our local website on Mondays.
Lee is now on official Maternity Leave. Please contact Cyndi for Leagues questions and information. Lee will be updating the website from home but instead of Monday morning, it will be need to be performed Monday night.
We still need volunteers for the following tournaments: June 21st (8 Ball Doubles @ Steve's ), June 22nd (8 Ball Doubles Finals for the 4 Qualified Teams @ Steve's), June 28th (9 Ball Doubles @ Chips) and June 29th (9 Ball Doubles Finals for the qualified teams @ Steve's).
We have had to change the location of the 8 Ball Doubles (June 21) to Steve's due to the extension date of the Singles Boards. We will be hosting 1 final Wild & Wacky Singles Board day to qualify for the October Regionals. Play begins at 12:00.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! All schedules are updated as of now. Reminder:
If you fill a Bye your team gets a $60 Team Credit!!! There is still time!
Your next Local Leaguer will be out the week of June 9th.
Steve's Cue & Grill is closed Sunday & Monday. Monday packets will be delivered to the host locations at which you are shooting. All other packets will be at Steve's on Tues. by 1pm.

All Done. The Double Jeopardy Division Schedule still needs some work but the 1st 3 weeks are accurate.

Chuck McAdams on the death of his son this past weekend.
Keith Stafford on the loss of his father also this past weekend.

Schedules and Rosters are done for Huntsville Mon-Weds. and Guntersville Weds. Rosters ONLY are ready for Decatur, the schedules still need "tweaking".
Reminder: The FIRST FOUR WEEKS changes may/can occur!
Thursday night teams: Your schedules and rosters should be posted by tomorrow afternoon.
"Extras" like patches/win %'s will be in the Week 2 packets.

Challenge your creativity! I am starting a list of cute team names. There is link (which only contains 1 so far but you got to start somewhere!) below. Submit your entries via e-mail to
Lcoffman@apaleagues.com and I will keep updating the list until May 28. The team names do not have to be used but there must be a reason (or theme) for the cute name. The winning entry (cutest name and reason) will receive a red dot cue ball!
Communication is Key! I might not be able to respond to all your HANDICAP REVIEW COMPLAINTS but I do research each and every one of them and take the appropriate action.
#1 way we can stop incorrect skill levels from happening is by marking defensive shots. Again, defensive shots are when the player has NO INTENT of pocketing a ball. If you are not marking defensive shots when keeping score you are creating a bigger problem.
